The Ontario Fire Service Pipes and Drum Band is a volunteer ceremonial ensemble that has proudly supported fire departments across Ontario for years. They rehearse on Tuesday evenings at the Hawkestone Community Hall.
Nia-Inspired Movement integrates elements of dance, martial arts and healing arts that blends movement, mindfulness, connection and joy to provide an accessible, whole-body workout.
