Booking the Hall

.The upper level of the hall has a capacity of 120 persons with chairs and 95 with tables and chairs

The upper level of the Hawkestone Community Hall has an entrance with two washrooms. There are two doorways into the main hall which has hardwood flooring, 6 windows, a back exit, and air conditioning for those warmer days. There are full sets of 6′ tables and padded folding chairs available your use. There are also card tables.

In the basement there is a kitchen, offices there is open area available for general use. The basement is not wheelchair accessible.

A well-stocked kitchen with two fridges and two stoves. Can be used for reheating but not for cooking. There are plates, bowls, cups and saucers, cutlery, 3 coffee urns and two water kettles. Although the water is tested regularly there is a water cooler available for drinking water.

Special Event Rentals

Full day rental: $200.00/day

Half Day rental (Saturday or Sunday): $120/half day

Per hour (2 hour minimum): $25.00/hr

Cleaning deposit: $250 per day (tax included)

Key deposit: $25.00 per day (tax included)

Program Rentals 

If you are interested in bringing an ongoing program to the Hawkestone Community Hall, fee structure and scheduling is available through the Rental Coordinator, Linda Argent. largent@jcl-tech.com 

This facility does not allow alcohol. As a renter, we hope you can leave the facility in as nice of condition as you received it. All of our board members are volunteers. They will treat you respectfully and accommodate you as best as possible. Please extend the same curtesies of respect and adherence to rental requirements.
