Booking the Hall

.The upper level of the hall has a capacity of 120 persons with chairs and 95 with tables and chairs

The upper level of the Hawkestone Community Hall has an entrance with two washrooms. There are two doorways into the main hall which has hardwood flooring, 6 windows, a back exit, and air conditioning for those warmer days. There are full sets of 6′ tables and padded folding chairs available your use. There are also card tables.

In the basement there is a kitchen, offices there is open area available for general use. The basement is not wheelchair accessible.

A well-stocked kitchen with two fridges and two stoves. Can be used for reheating but not for cooking. There are plates, bowls, cups and saucers, cutlery, 3 coffee urns and two water kettles. Although the water is tested regularly there is a water cooler available for drinking water.
