NIA-Inspired Movement

NIA-inspired Movement is a well-rounded fitness practice which combines dance, martial arts and mindfulness.  Focusing on endurance, flexibility, balance and fun, NIA conditions and strengthens our bodies while energizing and enlivening our sense of well-being.  NIA is non-impact, practiced barefoot (optional) and adaptable to individual needs and abilities.  All you require is a water bottle and a yoga mat.  Sessions are led by volunteer, Judy Blaney, who is NIA-certified.   All are welcome to join us Mondays 4:00 – 5:00pm and/or Wednesday 10:00-11:00am.
