Beginner Crocheting Class

This class is a perfect intro into crochet for the absolute beginner or anyone who is self taught and would like to enhance their skills. Open to  ages 12 and up.

Recommended materials and tools will be yarn and a compatible crochet hook to start learning with and will be shared once registered. Must purchase before the first class. You can easily purchase online or at a local craft store.

Join this class to learn: stitches, terminology, tools, diagrams, written patterns, finishing and more. These skills will help you complete an endless amount of items for yourself, gifts, home decor and toys. Crochet is a fantastic mobile pastime that you can do almost anywhere: Car rides, waiting rooms, TV time or anywhere you find yourself wanting to create over scrolling. Plus, you will end up with a useful finished product to be proud of.

This first round of classes will focus on skills and fundamentals, and finishing a small project at the end. These skills will launch you into the world of crochet with confidence to start your own projects, follow tutorials and hopefully come back for an advanced round of lessons!
