DESCRIPTION:Spring is a season of renewal and fresh beginnings – a time to plant the seeds of transformation.  As spring arrives\, we witness the world around us awakening\, inviting us to embrace new ways of being…to release self-limiting patterns and restore inner balance.\n\nI invite you to join me for a meditative journey with sound…to help you let go\, release and relax.   Each 90 minute session is deeply restorative\, designed to balance your energy\, nurture your body\, calm your mind\, awaken your spirit and align you with your inner wisdom.  No meditation experience is needed.  Simply lie back\, listen\, and allow the sounds and the silence to guide you into a state of gentle transformation.
