SUMMARY:Yoga with Misha
DESCRIPTION:Yoga with Misha is a welcoming\, community-oriented Hatha yoga class designed to support both beginners and experienced yogis. Each session includes breathwork\, options to advance or modify poses\, and a light-hearted\, inclusive environment. The class is intended to be of service to the Hawkestone community\, creating space for connection\, movement\, and presence. \nFor more information or to pre-register contact Misha Gilbert at misha.gilbert@gmail.com \nThe cost is $120 for an 8 week block (works out to $15/class)\nDrop-in are welcome at $20/class.\nFor families registering together for the full 8-week block\, enjoy a special rate — buy one\, get the second at half price.
