Nia participants come from all walks of life — but share a common desire to feel better\, move better\, and have fun. \nWhat is NIA?\nNia blends the best of deance\, martial arts\, and healing arts into a joyful mindful movement practice. Each session is a 60-minute\, whole-body experience that invites you to move with freedom\, awareness\, and connection. \n“But I’m not a dancer…”\nWhat are the benefits of Nia-Inspired Movement?\nBenefits often include: \n\nA greater sense of confidence and joy in their body\nBetter balance\, agility\, grace and flexibility\nImproved stamina and endurance\nIncreased strength and muscle tone\nReduced stress.
